How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is retained for 12 months for correspondence purposes, after which it is securely deleted.

Terms & Conditions
Services
Micro Update Ltd provides WordPress technical support services. All work is carried out on a no fix no charge basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment
Ad hoc support is charged at £45 per hour with no diagnostic fee. Our No Fix No Fee service is a flat £75, charged only if the issue is resolved. Monthly support is billed monthly in advance by agreement.
Liability
We take all reasonable care when working on your WordPress installation. We strongly recommend maintaining a full backup before any technical work begins. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific work undertaken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
